Some comments were directed towards statutory requirement not regulations. Request FID to modernize NAC 649. Clarify CMs can work remotely. Allow NRS/NAC 649 licensees to pay bank charges from trust account, allow to correct trust account shortfalls. For medical debt NAC 649.288 - 296 for the 60-day letter and third party liability, want clarification and to send it electronically. For NAC 604A, would like we remove that the database can only be accessed for eligliblity checks. Allow licensees to make corrections in the database. Comment on NAC 671, for items already repealed in 2024 other comments were statutory requirements. Will provide written comments
